VIOLATED BY MARGARET CHO
Tucker did a search on Margaret Cho's blog to find out what exactly CCBill (our porn payment processor) could be talking about when they said we violated their acceptable use policy by linking to her blog (which talks about BESTIALITY, UNDERAGE, INCEST & RAPE). And just by me saying those words here, apparently I am violating their AUP).

When I searched for incest, here's what I found in Margaret Cho's blog:

I got in a fight with Jerry Falwell and made him go all apeshit on me because I told him that homosexuality had nothing to do with incest, polygamy or NAMBLA. He actually invoked the name of the North American Man Boy Love Association - in order to connect the GLBT with pedophiles - who I consider one step ahead of the Catholic Church - because at least they admit and are proud to be child molesters. I told Falwell that his views were questionable and absurd and to remember that he was the one who proclaimed "Tinky Winky." the Purple Teletubby to be gay.

So. When I told CCBill to take a look at the context, they said, "regardless of context, these types of words, pictures or concepts are simply not allowed for sites that we accept billing for." Ahh. They didn't even look closely enough to KNOW whether it was "words, pictures, or concepts", but beyond that they're telling me we can't talk about the religious right's hate war against homesexuality, nor can we address their ignorance because we'd have to use banned words to do so. Great. I'm a pornographer, so I am not allowed to discuss these things, or LINK to people who discuss them.

And here is a reference to bestiality AND incest in her letter to Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger regarding his stand against same-sex marriage:

Is it that immoral to you that there is love between consenting adults which has nothing to do with bigamy, bestiality, incest or any of the other perversions the theocrats love to fantasize about - that will defy the status quo?

What a concept!! What a picture!! What WORDS!! Violation! Violation!

I have other things to do this morning (like get ready for my show at 1 pm pacific time), but I do thank you for your support, even if the people who get 15% of what you pay me tell us, "clearly, the easiest solution is to remove the link to the content that violates our Acceptable Use Policies". It would be easier TO THEM if we churned out brainless crap, only linking to other brainless porn sites, and completely ignored the world around us. That would be easier for them than actually reading stuff and making intelligent decisions before telling us we're violating their inflexible moronic policies.

So. If this keeps up and they don't reconsider, I will probably have to take down a lot of links (because we can't afford to have no income), and at that time start looking for another payment processor or a merchant account or something to facilitate having a real site with real links to real content where we can talk about real issues.
